Training         Sailing at Redlands
SCECGS Redlands operates a number of designated squads at a variety of venues on Sydney Harbour.  Students from Forms 3 to 12 may join the program and over 70% commence their sailing career with the school. Students are eligible to represent the school as early as Form 3.  Redlands runs its own Junior Regattas for the younger years.
 

 

The training schedule for Term 1 2005 is as follows:

 

 

Tuesday evenings:               Yngling training/Twilight racing

Wednesday afternoons:     Junior School training at Northside Sailing School - the Spit

Thursday afternoons:         Senior School (Yr 6-12) training at Northside Sailing School:

                                                       Cadet Squad training at the Sailing Base - Mosman Bay

                                                       Pacer Squad training at the Sailing Base - Mosman Bay

                                                       29er squad training at Woollahra S.C - Rose Bay  (TBC)

 

Saturday mornings:            Cadet and Pacer racing/training at the sailing base

                                                      or

                                                      designated REGATTA competition (see calendar section)
